MBO Foundation DAC ("MBO", "we", "us") provides technology infrastructure services only. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
2. Technology Provider
MBO operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We provide:
- PropTech: Technology infrastructure for P2P real estate transactions
- FinTech: Algorithmic trading software that connects to client exchanges via API
We do not hold, manage, or have access to client funds.
3. Non-Custodial Model
Our FinTech services operate on a strictly non-custodial basis:
- Client capital remains in accounts controlled exclusively by the client
- Software connects via API with read-only withdrawal permissions
- MBO has no ability to transfer or withdraw client funds
4. Risk Acknowledgment
Users acknowledge that:
- Algorithmic trading involves significant risk of loss
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Cryptocurrency and digital assets are highly volatile
- Real estate investments carry market and liquidity risks
5. MBO Token
The MBO token is a utility token for governance and platform access. It is NOT:
- A security or investment contract
- A share or equity in MBO Foundation DAC
- A promise of profit or return
6. Jurisdiction
MBO Foundation DAC is a Designated Activity Company registered in Ireland. Services may not be available in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.
